Jinotega is a union of smaller cooperatives in the highlands near the border of Honduras. The cooperative produces top-quality washed Nicaraguan coffee, and it's objective is to promote economic and social development of the members through the production of coffee in an economically profitable and environmentally responsible way. Its balanced flavor and creamy texture makes it versatile and delicious across a range of brew methods.
Cupping Notes: Medium body, subtle note of Cocoa and walnut, hints of black currant, black tea-like aromas with creamy texture.
